Dear IFOST 2016 participants 

Russia visa applications form was changed due to the following reason:

"Just last week the new rules came into force and now Russian visa applicants (who have to obtain visas) must submit to Migration service officer scans of all pages of their foreign passport."

This is very important to IFOST participants who should obtain russia visa to attend 2016 IFOST.

For participants to get official invitation letter for obtaining russian visa, they have to fill in "Russian VISA application form(attached herein)", and submit it along with scanned file of their passport (all pages!) to the IFOST-2016 organizing committee (ifost2016@corp.nstu.ru).
